🕑Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only if the item is received in a damaged condition.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
- Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

- Share clear photos/video of the damaged item and packaging.

💳Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and verified.
- Refund will be done within 6 to 7 working days
❌Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations are NOT possible once the order is processed or dispatched.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number.
- If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
