• Duties/Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are payable by the recipient.
• Local customs checks may cause additional delays; timelines vary by destination country.

• Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply; terms will be shown on the offer page.

🔍Order Tracking

• A tracking link is shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Tracking information may take a few hours to update after you receive the link.

🎁Packaging & Handling

• All items are packed securely to minimise transit damage.
• We may ship multiple items in a single package for efficiency and safety.

📮Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

• Please ensure your full address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.
• If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
• Most couriers make 1–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.

🚨If Package Arrives Damaged

• If the outer package looks tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and inform us.
• If already received, share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery at hyderabadijewel@gmail.com.
