💍Products & Descriptions

• We offer handcrafted and curated jewellery inspired by Hyderabadi styles.
• Product photos are for illustration; slight colour/finish variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• Sizes, weights, and materials are provided to the best of our knowledge.

💸Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at checkout is the final payable price.
• Taxes, duties, or import fees (for international shipments) are borne by the customer.

🛒Orders & Availability

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; order confirmation is subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.
• Please ensure your contact, shipping address, and pincode are accurate at checkout.

🧾Payments & Security

• Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Cards, UPI, Net Banking).
• We do not store card or UPI details on our servers.
• Orders may be put on hold if the gateway flags a risk; we will contact you if verification is needed.

🚚Shipping & Delivery

• Order processing: typically 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
• Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Delays due to courier or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
• If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges apply.

❌Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

↩️Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only for damaged or wrong items.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
• Refunds/exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned item.
